What do we pay for ground rents?
All opportunities are considered on their own merits and price is dictated by a multiple of the annual ground rent. This is influenced by various factors like volume, timescale, lease length and rent review pattern, but we can assure you that we will provide a swift decision with a genuine and competitive offer.
